A team of analysts, not a sales office
Tajlandia.com is run by a team of real-estate market analysts working on the ground in Thailand. We are not a catalogue of thousands of listings, nor the sales arm of any developer.

What we do
We do one thing: we select and analyse investment projects in Phuket and Koh Samui that we can defend with numbers in front of a demanding investor. Before any project appears on this site, we compare its price per square metre against transactions in the area, examine the developer's history and financial standing, calculate running costs and confront promised rental yields with data from the operators who actually manage those rentals.
The result is simple: you will find few offers here, but every one of them has been through the same verification process. We would rather reject nine projects and show one than publish everything developers send our way.
Why Thailand, why Phuket and Samui
Thailand has the most mature holiday-property market in Southeast Asia: regulated condo ownership for foreigners, developed tourism infrastructure and a deep short-term rental market. Phuket and Koh Samui are the two destinations where tenant demand is the most predictable - and predictability, not spectacular promises, is the foundation of a sensible investment.
We focus on these two islands deliberately. We know them from regular fieldwork: we know which districts have constrained land supply, where proven developers build, and which brochure promises do not survive contact with reality.
Where our data comes from
We rely on Thai Land Department records, developers' official price lists and sales reports, data from rental management operators, and our own observations from visits to construction sites and completed projects. Every figure published on this site carries its source and update date. Where data cannot be verified, we do not publish it at all - an empty field is more honest than a number lifted from marketing materials.
Why you will not find names here
We deliberately do not build this service around faces and surnames. We publish no 'advisor' profiles, no team photos, no personal signatures - in an industry where trust too often rests on smiling portraits, we believe methodology, sources and numbers are the stronger argument. All publications are signed by the Tajlandia.com Team, and the same verification process stands behind each of them.
