1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of tajlandia.com is the operator of the Tajlandia.com service. The controller's full registration details and the contact address for data-protection matters will be published in this document together with the launch of the contact form.
2. Scope of data processed
The site is currently informational and does not collect personal data through forms. Once the contact form launches, only voluntarily provided data will be processed: name, email address, phone number or messenger handle, and the content of the enquiry. The server may temporarily record standard technical data (IP address, browser type) in system logs for security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Data will be processed in order to: respond to enquiries and conduct correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), present property information in line with the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and ensure the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - the controller's legitimate interest).
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting and IT infrastructure services for the controller, solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the service and under data-processing agreements. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
Correspondence data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, and subsequently until the expiry of limitation periods for potential claims. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.
6. Rights of data subjects
Every person has the right of access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Cookies and local storage
The site uses only technically necessary cookies and local-storage entries, prefixed with 'tj_' (including the session that grants access to the offers catalogue). The site currently uses no analytics, marketing or profiling tools. Any change in this respect will be announced in this document.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
The site's infrastructure may be maintained by globally operating providers. In such cases, transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place exclusively on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service evolves, in particular when forms and new features are launched. The current version is always available at this address, together with the date of the last update.
