Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026

This document is a template and will be reviewed by a law firm before forms are launched commercially.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the website available at tajlandia.com, operated by the operator of the Tajlandia.com service. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. The operator's full registration details will be published together with the launch of services that require them.

2. Informational nature of the service

Content published on the site - including project descriptions, market data and articles - is informational and analytical only. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor investment, legal or tax advice. Investment decisions are made by the user independently, and we recommend independent legal counsel before entering into any transaction.

3. Indicative prices

Price ranges and teasers presented on the site are strictly indicative: they are rounded, masked as to exact values and subject to change. Currency conversions are performed using the mid exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland and are likewise indicative. Binding prices and payment terms are presented exclusively in direct correspondence.

4. Intellectual property

All site content - texts, analytical materials, graphics and marks - is protected by law. Copying, distributing or using it for commercial purposes without the operator's consent is prohibited. Quoting excerpts is permitted with attribution and a link to the site.

5. Liability

The operator makes every effort to keep published information current and reliable, but does not guarantee its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content, nor for interruptions to its operation caused by technical reasons.

6. Personal data

The rules for processing users' personal data are set out in the Privacy policy, available in the site footer.

7. Governing law and amendments

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law. The operator reserves the right to amend these terms as the service evolves; the current version is always available at this address together with the date of the last update.
